Once your referred guest completes their fully paid stay, your complimentary night is earned.

Your referral reward includes:

- Accommodation for up to five guests total
- No accommodation charge
- Only the applicable cleaning fee must be paid
Your complimentary stay must be used within 12 months of your original checkout date.

Requested dates are not guaranteed. Layanila will confirm an available and approved date for the complimentary stay.

- The referred guest must complete a fully paid stay before the complimentary night is earned.
- The referral must be declared when the new guest makes their reservation.
- The offer applies only to direct bookings with Layanila.
- One completed qualifying referral earns one complimentary night.
- The complimentary night must be used within 12 months of the original guest's checkout date.
- Complimentary stay dates are subject to Layanila's availability and approval.
- Requested complimentary-stay dates are not guaranteed.
- Cleaning fees, taxes, optional services and incidental charges are not included.
- The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or combined with another offer.
- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent or self-referred reservations do not qualify.
- Layanila reserves the right to verify referrals and reject duplicate, fraudulent or abusive claims.
