The Layanila Guest Referral Program is exclusively for people who already have a genuine relationship with Layanila.
To participate, you must either have completed a paid stay at Layanila or hold a confirmed, fully paid, non-refundable booking with us. A third party with no existing guest or qualifying paid-booking relationship with Layanila cannot participate as a referrer.
Once eligible, you may refer new friends or family members to Layanila. Each referral becomes qualified only after the referred guest completes their qualifying fully paid stay.

Refer New Guests
Refer friends or family members who are new to Layanila. They must identify you as their referrer when making their reservation directly with Layanila.

Complimentary Stay Dates
Each complimentary night must be redeemed within 12 months from the date that reward is earned.
Complimentary stays are subject to Layanila's availability and approval.
Requested dates are not guaranteed. Layanila will confirm an available and approved date for each complimentary stay.
Applicable service or cleaning fees, taxes, optional services and incidental charges are not included in the complimentary accommodation reward.

- The same reward continues for every additional two qualifying referrals.
Program Conditions
Important Information
- The referral program is available only to an existing Layanila guest or a person holding a confirmed, fully paid, non-refundable Layanila booking.
- A person with no existing guest or qualifying paid-booking relationship with Layanila cannot participate as a referrer.
- A referrer who qualifies through a future booking may begin accumulating referrals, but a complimentary reward becomes redeemable only after the referrer completes their own original Layanila stay.
- Each referred guest or family must be new to Layanila.
- Each referred guest must identify the eligible referrer when making their reservation directly with Layanila.
- A referral becomes qualified only after the referred guest completes their qualifying fully paid stay.
- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, duplicate or self-referred bookings do not qualify.
- Every two completed qualifying referrals earn one complimentary night.
- Additional qualifying referrals continue accumulating toward additional complimentary-night rewards.
- Each complimentary night must be redeemed within 12 months from the date that particular reward is earned.
- The referral program applies only to qualifying direct bookings with Layanila.
- Complimentary stay dates are subject to Layanila's availability and approval. Requested dates are not guaranteed.
- Applicable service or cleaning fees, taxes, optional services and incidental charges are not included in the complimentary accommodation reward.
- Complimentary rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or combined with another offer unless specifically approved by Layanila.
- Layanila reserves the right to verify guest history, booking status and referrals and to reject fraudulent, duplicate or abusive claims.
