Layanila is a private family villa designed for guests who value space, privacy and the everyday comfort of staying in a home.
The property is positioned around four guest bedrooms. A separate driver room may be available as a paid add-on and is not counted as guest accommodation.
The new Layanila site is designed around the character of the property itself — a private, welcoming base for families and groups visiting Alappuzha.

Layanila is not designed to feel like a newly built commercial hotel. It is an established Alappuzha family home, highly maintained and personally looked after by its owner.
Over the past three years it has welcomed families and groups who value privacy, generous shared spaces and the feeling of staying together under one roof.
The home continues to combine its original character with practical conveniences including smart-lock access, a large kitchen and work area, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, cable TV, rooftop and outdoor spaces, and generous parking.
