Accommodation

Layanila has four guest bedrooms and four bathrooms within the main family accommodation. Extra beds can be arranged for larger families and groups. Please provide the correct number of adults and children so the sleeping arrangement can be confirmed.

Arrival & Access

Smart-lock access and arrival instructions are provided to confirmed guests. Check-in and check-out follow the timing confirmed for the reservation. Early arrival or late departure requires prior agreement and is subject to availability.

Kitchen, Dining & Laundry

Guests have access to the large kitchen and work/preparation area, living and dining spaces, rooftop/terrace areas, washer and dryer, and other confirmed household amenities.

Parking & Driver Accommodation

Private parking is available for up to eight cars. Optional paid driver accommodation is physically separate from the family bedrooms and bathrooms, with its own outside restroom, and is subject to availability.

Children & Outdoor Areas

Families with children are welcome. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult on stairs, rooftop/terrace areas, parking areas and around the garden-screened outdoor shower.

Houseboats & Special Arrangements

Houseboats, extra beds, celebrations and other special arrangements should be requested in advance. Exact availability, inclusions and charges are confirmed before booking.
