Simple rules to protect the home, the neighborhood and the comfort and privacy of every guest.

Registered Guests

Only the confirmed number of guests should stay overnight. Additional guests and extra-bed arrangements require advance agreement. Identification may be required where applicable.

Care of the Home

Please use the property, furnishings, appliances, linens and equipment responsibly and report accidental damage or maintenance issues promptly. Loss or damage beyond ordinary wear and tear may be chargeable.

Noise & Neighbors

Please keep noise at a considerate level, particularly late at night and early in the morning. Layanila is a private home in a local community.

Parties, Weddings & Gatherings

Events, parties, wedding-related functions, commercial activity or gatherings beyond the confirmed stay require prior approval. Approved occasions may have separate capacity, timing, pricing, vendor and cleanup conditions.

Smoking & Safety

Smoking is not permitted inside guest bedrooms or indoor family living areas. Fireworks, hazardous materials and activities creating unreasonable safety risk are not permitted without explicit approval where legally appropriate.

Children

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, especially on stairs, rooftop/terrace areas, parking areas and other outdoor spaces.

Access & Security

Keys and smart-lock codes are for registered guests and should not be shared publicly. Please secure the property when leaving.

Serious Violations

Illegal activity, deliberate damage, serious nuisance, threatening behavior or material violation of confirmed booking conditions may result in termination of the stay, subject to applicable law.
