💰 Pricing & Payment Policy – Layanila Houseboats Alappuzha
1. 📊 Pricing Structure
- All prices are quoted per houseboat per night unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing may vary based on:
- Number of guests
- Type of houseboat (Deluxe / Premium / Luxury)
- Season (Weekday / Weekend / Peak season)
- Children above 5 years are considered as adults for pricing purposes.
2. 👥 Per Head Pricing (Group Bookings)
- For large group bookings, pricing may be offered on a per person basis.
- Per head rates are dynamic and depend on total occupancy:
- Lower occupancy → higher per head cost
- Higher occupancy → discounted per head pricing
3. 🛏️ Minimum Occupancy Rule (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Each houseboat category has a minimum billing occupancy:
- 1 Bedroom → Minimum 2 persons
- 2 Bedroom → Minimum 4 persons
- 3 Bedroom → Minimum 6 persons
- 4 Bedroom → Minimum 8 persons
- 5+ Bedrooms → Minimum 70–80% occupancy billing
👉 If guest count is lower, minimum charge still applies.*
4. 📅 Seasonal Pricing Policy
- Weekends (Friday–Sunday) and Peak Seasons (holidays, festivals) may have higher rates.
- Special event days and long weekends are subject to premium pricing.
5. 🍽️ Food Inclusion
- All standard packages include:
- Welcome drink
- Lunch
- Evening tea & snacks
- Dinner
- Breakfast
- Menu is fixed as per houseboat standards, with limited customization.
6. ❄️ Air Conditioning Policy
- Deluxe (Semi A/C): A/C available only from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (bedroom only)
- Premium / Luxury: Full-time A/C available in bedrooms and common areas
7. ➕ Extra Person / Extra Bed Charges
- Extra person charges apply beyond standard occupancy.
- Extra bed/mattress will be provided where applicable.
8. 💳 Payment Terms
- Advance payment required to confirm booking
- Balance payment to be completed before check-in / at boarding point
- Accepted payment methods: UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash
9. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges apply based on notice period:
- 7+ days → partial refund
- 3–6 days → limited refund
- Less than 72 hours → no refund
- No refund for:
- No-show
- Early checkout
10. ⚠️ Government Regulations
- Houseboats will be anchored from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM as per Kerala Government rules.
- Cruise timings are fixed and cannot be extended.
