How will you get into the Home by self-check-in?
Once you have entered the property using the four-digit combination for the number lock on the gate that you had received after providing your IDs and paying outstanding dues, you can park your vehicle anywhere within the front bounds of the property. After parking, you will see the sit-out at the front entrance of the property, where you will see a smart lock with a mosquito door-attachment, by tapping the numpad you can activate the smart lock authorization system. You should be supplied with a six code that ends with a star to gain access to the inside of the house, please remember to push down and push in the handle. Congratulations, you are now in the living room, in front of you should be a sitting area filled with rattan stick-furnished chairs and a sofa-bed combo and a wood-glass table. On the left side of the living room, you should see a double door which leads into the first guest room, containing a bed, table and a storage space protruding from the wall, the A/C remote should be either on the table or drawer.
Going back to the living room there is another entrance to the dining room. This room contains a table covered by a plastic cover for cleanliness accompanied by wooden chairs for the table and rattan stick-made chairs lined across the walls, there is also a TV on one of the walls, and around four different switchboard stations to use at your convenience. There are three bedrooms connected to the dining room. If you reach the end of the dining room, you should stumble upon the kitchen. Within the kitchen, you should see a small breakfast table with a sparse number of chairs. The kitchen is equipped with most of the utilities you would require for everyday use, such as silverware, plates, pans, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, electric grill, fridge, etc. The kitchen also comes equipped with a water dispenser. The exit from the kitchen leads to a small work area where the LPG gas tanks will reside, as well as where a secondary kitchen is housed.

Bathrooms:
Within this property, we have 5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. 4 interiors, 1 exterior. Bathroom #1 is attached to Bedroom #1, which is right behind the living room. Bathroom # 2, although placed within the common area of the dining room, it is designated for Bedroom #2. Bathroom # 3, although connected to the kitchen, is designated to Bedroom #3. Bathroom #4 is attached to Bedroom #4. Bathroom #5 is a dedicated standalone area stationed outside at the left side of the property, equipped with a toilet, and a water tap and showerhead duo. There is also an outdoor shower for personal convenience decorated with Calathea Lutea Cigar plants and outfitted natural stone-tiled floor.
Terrace:
Exiting the Kitchen and the secondary kitchen workspace, you can turn left and reach the second floor using the stairs. Upon reaching the terrace, you gain access to the clothesline which is surrounded by a privacy screen cover to lessen mosquito intrusions, and if you look to your right, you will see a washing and drying machine which can work simultaneously.
Water is an automated utility for the customer’s convenience.
Emergency Scenarios:
Power Outage:
During a power outage only the lights and fans will be operational using the backup inverter. When the power comes back, A/C will need to be manually powered back on using the remotes given. The machines do not remember their previous state before losing power.
Kitchen Usage:
You are free to use the utilities given as you please, all that we ask is that you keep everything back in its original place once you plan to check-out.
When guests opt in for a self-check-in & out, please follow these instructions to avoid any chargeback.
As a word of caution, please remember to keep the property and utilities back to the way you found them will not be liable for any chargebacks, examples of what to do being:
- Leaving the A/C, water/tap, lights, fan and washing and drying machine off
- Leaving the doors and gates locked
- Avoiding property damage
- Gathering all waste using disposal bags and keeping them in the outside work area for staff to clean them up
- Used towels should always be gathered and placed into a disposal bag for future cleanup
- IMPORTANT: Food is not allowed within the bedrooms
- Within the bounds of the property, inside or outside the house, smoking is a fineable offense
When and How Self-Check-in or Check-Out Occurs and information pertaining to the matter:
- If the normal Check-In/Check-Out time has been changed without the authorization of Layanila, the guest(s) has automatically opted-in for self-check-in and check-out
- Without authorization from Layanila, If the guest(s) is overstaying past their check-out time, they will be charged 1000 rupees per hour for each unauthorized hour.
- If the guest opts for a self-check-out, they must inform the host about the checkout time 2 hours in advance.
